Warning: Wearing hip waders or chest high fishing waders you have to keep in mind an increased risk of drowning. When falling over board or stepping into unexpected deeper water the wader gets flooded. The buoyancy of the remaining air in the boots lifts up you legs to the surface while your head gets under water. Without help you almost have no chance to escape this extremely dangerous situation. We therefore expressively recommend to wear an automatically inflating life vest when ever working with waders or heavy foul weather clothing. The life vests are small and light and don't hinder your working abilities. They inflate automatically as soon as the life vest comes in contact with water.
