Stretch net (sulphur net) for biogas plants with a diameter of 22,60m - 23,50m​

The sulphur net is cut in octagonal shape and is supplied without selvage rope, the eight corners are marked. In the centre of the net is a rope sling for a crane to pick it up and to swing it over the silo. The netting is strong enough to be tightened by hanging the net meshes directly over the hooks which usually are distributed along the inside wall of the silo at distances of not more than 80 cm. The approximately 0,5 square meter of twine surface per square meter of netting are providing an ideal base for the sulphur bacteria. Furthermore in case of loss of gas pressure or of heavy loads of snow the stretch net together with the substructure are preventing the gas membrane from sinking into the fermenting substrate.
